The school season starts, and our company has not lagged behind in learning. Yesterday, we were honored to have Mr. Chen Zhaohua from Sun Yat-sen University come to our company to give a lecture. The theme of the course is: corporate culture building and corporate execution, the course time is one day, and it is also a day full of harvest for all of our staff.

Mr. Chen Zhaohua graduated from Hainan University in the early 1990s with a degree in English in the Department of Foreign Languages, and furthered his studies in Human Resource Management at South China Normal University and the MBA for Human Resource Directors at Sun Yat-sen University. In his career, he has founded hundreds of enterprises, served as a management cadre of state-owned enterprises and as an organizational training instructor for Ping An Insurance Group of China. He has 10 years of senior management experience in private enterprises, with rich training experience and management practice. Now he is a consultant and training director of Guangzhou Weishi Management Consulting Co., Ltd, focusing on consulting and training on the application of western management techniques in eastern organizations based on traditional Chinese culture and psychology.
